How to Auto-Generate Deck Blueprints

Once your deck design is complete with joists and beams, you can generate a full set of blueprints automatically.

Generating Blueprints

1. Open the Reports tab — you'll see your Materials List, Cutlist, and Blueprints.
2. Tap Complete Deck PDF to generate the full blueprint set.

What's Included

• Elevation Plan — Front and back elevation views of your deck.
• Joist Layout — Top-down view of all joists.
• Beams Layout — Beam placement and spans.
• Post Layout — Post positions and spacing.
• Cutlist — Detailed list of all cuts needed (can be toggled off for a cleaner layout).

Customizing the View

• Open Options to toggle the Cutlist on or off.
• Switch between Front Elevation and Back Elevation views.
• Use the Scale option to zoom in or out for a full view of the deck.

Exporting

When you're ready, tap Print PDF or use the Download options to save your blueprints.
