How to Move Individual Posts

You can reposition individual deck posts for a custom layout. Here's how:

Adjusting Post Count

1. Select a beam on your deck.
2. Open the beam options panel.
3. Use the Post Count setting to increase or decrease the number of posts — the app will auto-center them along the beam.

Moving a Single Post

1. Select the individual post you want to move.
2. Tap the move button at the bottom of the screen.
3. A measurement panel will appear — enter a custom value to set the exact position (e.g. 1 foot from the end).
4. Repeat for any other posts you need to reposition.
