How to Cancel My Subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. The steps depend on where you originally subscribed.
Subscribed on the Web (Stripe)
- Make sure you're signed in, then go to redxapps.com/build/settings/billing.
- Find your subscription in the list of Active Subscriptions.
- Press Cancel and confirm.
Subscribed on iOS (App Store)
- Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your name / Apple ID at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Find RedX in the list and tap it.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.
You can also manage subscriptions directly in the App Store app under your profile.
Subscribed on Android (Google Play)
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile icon in the top right.
- Go to Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Find RedX and tap it.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts.
What Happens After I Cancel?
- You'll keep access to all premium features until the end of your current billing period.
- After that, your account will switch to the free plan. Your saved projects will still be there if you decide to resubscribe later.
Not Sure Where You Subscribed?
If you're not sure which platform you used, check your email for a receipt from Apple, Google, or Stripe. That will tell you where to cancel.
