How to Get Started with a Company Plan (Add Multiple Users)

If you're a business owner and want your whole team to use RedX Apps under one account, you can set up an Organization and add team members so everyone shares the same Pro access.

What's Included in a Company Plan

• Only the RedX Apps Bundle subscription is currently supported for organization accounts. The bundle includes all RedX apps (Roof, Wall, Stair, Deck, and AI Render) for your whole team.
• Organizations support a minimum of 2 users and a maximum of 25 users on the standard team plan.

Step 1: Create Your Organization

1. Sign in at redxapps.com/build.
2. Go to Settings > Organization, or open it directly at redxapps.com/build/settings/organization.
3. Enter your organization name at the top of the Members page (you can edit it any time using the pencil icon next to the name).

Step 2: Subscribe to a Team Plan

1. On the Members page, find the RedX Apps Bundle card at the top.
2. Click Subscribe to team plan and choose how many seats you need (between 2 and 25).
3. Once your subscription is active, those seats become available to assign to your team.

Step 3: Invite Your Team

1. In the Users section, click + Add user.
2. Enter the email address of the teammate you want to add and press Send.
3. The app will automatically send them an invite email with a link to join your organization. (You don't need to copy or share a link manually.)
4. When they open the link from the email, they'll be added to your organization. If they're not signed in, they'll be asked to sign in or create a free RedX account first, and then they're automatically added to your org.

Step 4: Manage Access Levels

Once a user has joined, you'll see them in the Users list with their role. As the Owner, you can change their access level at any time from the role dropdown next to their name:

• Pro: Assigns one of your available bundle seats to that user. They'll get full Pro access to all RedX apps.
• Free: Keeps the user in your organization without using a paid seat. They'll have free-tier access only.

You can switch any member between Pro and Free at any time, as long as you have available seats in your bundle subscription. If you run out of seats, you can either upgrade your plan to add more, or downgrade an existing member to Free to free up a seat.
